Terms of Use
The rules for using EXE Inspector.
Effective October 4, 2026
Agreement
EXE Inspector is licensed to you through the Mac App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to the app. If you don’t agree, please don’t use EXE Inspector.
What the app does
EXE Inspector reads Windows files and reports what they contain and how likely they are to run on a Mac. It never runs those files.
Reports are estimates
Verdicts, requirements and recommendations are based on the file itself and on general knowledge of compatibility layers such as Wine. They are not a guarantee that a program will or won’t run, and they are not a security scan or antivirus check.
Your files
You are responsible for having the right to open and use the files you inspect. EXE Inspector does not supply Windows or any third-party software.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, and Kuka Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use or from decisions made based on its reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
